Fried Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped button mushroom
  • 3/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in a small fry pan and set side.
  • 2 chop mushrooms, celery and green onion and set side.
  • 3 in a 10 in skillet, cook beaten eggs in 1-2t oil until set. remove from pan and set aside.
  • 4 in a wok, add 1-2 t oil. add meat, mushrooms, green onion and celery along with soy sauce. cook until mushrooms and green onion are tender.
  • 5 stir in rice and egg.
  • 6 cook and stir frequently over medium heat until thoroughly warmed. serve with soy sauce to taste.
