Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/3 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup jarred pearl onion, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- minced parsley (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 heat chicken stock and wine to boiling. add mushrooms, reduce heat and simmer until mushrooms are wilted, about 5 minutes.
- 2 stir in onions and thyme; cook uncovered, about 5 minutes. spoon over chicken. garnish with parsley.
