Fettuccini Alfredo

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 12 -14 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup wine (rich and fruity is the best)
  • 1 lb dry fettuccine, cooked to desire tenderness

Recipe

  • 1 in medium saucepan melt butter on med-high heat.
  • 2 add garlic to butter and stir until coated.
  • 3 add cream slowly, constantly stirring.
  • 4 now add parmesan.
  • 5 stir until thickened.
  • 6 add wine to desired thickness (1/4 cup maybe to much).
  • 7 take off of heat.
  • 8 add pepper.
  • 9 stir.
  • 10 place cooked fettuccini in large pasta bowl and pour sauce over.
  • 11 **addfried bacon and mushrooms to sauce then pour over noodles.
  • 12 **addsliced cooked chicken breast to sauce for chicken fettuccini alfredo (my sisters very favourite).
