Easy Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup burgundy wine
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • hot cooked pasta or rice

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, brown the meat, draining off the fat. place in slow cooker.
  • 2 combine celery soup, mushroom soup, wine and soup mix. pour over meat in cooker.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. serve over hot pasta.
