Ingredients

- 4 -6 lamb chops
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, do not drain (i use the pieces & stems type)
- onion salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chops with onion salt and pepper.
- 2 brown lamb chops in oiled pan or grill do not cooks through.
- 3 put chops in covered casserole and pour mushrooms and juices over the top.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
