- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, saute asparagus and ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
- 2 add mushrooms, salt, sugar and pepper.
