Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 2 lbs chicken parts
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, brown chicken in shortening; pour off fat. stir in soup, seasoning and carrots. cover. cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender. garnish with parsley.
