Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken
- 3/4 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes, disolved in
- 1 3/4 cups water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can mushroom
- 1/4 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 flour and brown the chicken in oil.
- 2 put rice, salt and pepper in a greased casserole or roasting pan and put onion on top.
- 3 add the mushrooms with the juice.
- 4 put chicken on top.
- 5 pour bouillon over and dot with marg.
- 6 cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
