Fried Rice With Vegetables

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet pepper, chopped (red, green, yellow peppers to make colorful)
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 pinch vegetable seasoning (mushroom seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 step 1: heat pan with oil and cook shallots until brown. next, add rice and stir well, then add salt. cook about 5 minutes, then add vegetables. season with soy sauce and vegetable seasoning. cook another 6-8 minutes over medium heat. then add green onions. season if needed.
  • 2 serve piping hot. serves 2.
