Crab Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 large portabella mushroom caps
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 16 ounces crabmeat (lump is best)
- 3/4 cup grated cheese (i like sharp cheddar)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
Recipe
- 1 gently scoop out inside of mushroom caps. bake mushroom caps at 350 (f) for 4-6 minutes to soften. set aside.
- 2 mix the creme cheese, crabmeat, celery and old bay together.
- 3 spoon over mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 4 broil six inches from heat source for 4 - 6 minutes. watch carefully. serve immediately.
