- 7 ounces crabmeat
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups french-fried onions
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 medium mushrooms, sliced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and pour into quiche pan.
- 2 bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- 3 let set a few minutes before serving.
