Grandpa's Favorite

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 round steak
• 4 large potatoes
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, if you prefer
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup sliced carrot (optional)
• 1/2 cup sliced mushroom, any varity works (optional)
• 1/2 cup sliced parsnip (optional)

Recipe

• 1 place steak in a casserole.
• 2 slice pared potatoes over the top of steak.
• 3 put sliced onions on top of potatoes and any additions you might want to add.
• 4 pour soup over all.
• 5 salt and pepper to taste.
• 6 bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
