Fried Rice With Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 4 cups cooked rice, cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 fry eggs in oil until firm. add salt and pepper and cut eggs into shreds.
- 2 add mushrooms and onions and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3 add rice, soy sauce and sugar. mix in pot until heated through over medium heat.
- 4 serve hot.
