Fettuccine With No-cook Walnut Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup yogurt
Recipe
- 1 cook fettuccine al dente.
- 2 toast walnuts.
- 3 mince basil and garlic in a food processor or blender.
- 4 add walnuts, parmesan, salt and pepper; pulse to mix.
