Easy Beef Stroganoff

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 ounce) can consomme
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (250 g) package sour cream
  • 1 (375 g) package broad egg noodles

Recipe

  • 1 sauté mushrooms and onions in butter.
  • 2 remove from pan.
