Crunchy Oriental Lamb Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked lamb roast
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento (optional)
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine soup, milk and soy sauce.
  • 2 add lamb, celery, water chestnuts, green onions, and pimiento.
  • 3 fold in 1 cup of chow mein noodles.
  • 4 spoon into a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole, or pie dish.
  • 5 sprinkle top with remaining noodles.
  • 6 bake in at 375°f.
  • 7 for 20-25 minutes.
  • 8 serve immediately.
