Crowd Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped canned pimiento
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup buttered soft bread, torn
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 add onion.
  • 3 cook onion until tender, but not brown.
  • 4 add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
  • 5 stir in macaroni.
  • 6 pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • 7 sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  • 8 add sliced cheese.
  • 9 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
