Crowd Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped canned pimiento
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup buttered soft bread, torn
- 2 slices cheese
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef.
- 2 add onion.
- 3 cook onion until tender, but not brown.
- 4 add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
- 5 stir in macaroni.
- 6 pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- 7 sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- 8 add sliced cheese.
- 9 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
