Fettucine Pie

Ingredients

- 500 g fettuccine pasta, cooked
- 1 (440 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in a small pan. add onion, zucchini, and oinion, and cook until tender.
- 2 transfer to a large bowl, and add fettucini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and oregano. stir gently to combine.
- 3 transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheeses and bake at 180c for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to browm.
