Fettucine Pie

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 500 g fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • 1 (440 g) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in a small pan. add onion, zucchini, and oinion, and cook until tender.
  • 2 transfer to a large bowl, and add fettucini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and oregano. stir gently to combine.
  • 3 transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheeses and bake at 180c for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to browm.
