Creamy Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, sauté chicken and mushrooms for 3 minutes. add carrots and peas and sauté 5 minutes more.
- 2 slowly stir in whole wheat flour. add skim milk, ¼ cup at a time and cook, stirring for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened. season with salt and pepper.
- 3 pour ½ to ¾ cup chicken mixture into each tortilla. roll up and serve.
