Creamy Chicken Wraps

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, sauté chicken and mushrooms for 3 minutes. add carrots and peas and sauté 5 minutes more.
  • 2 slowly stir in whole wheat flour. add skim milk, ¼ cup at a time and cook, stirring for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened. season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 pour ½ to ¾ cup chicken mixture into each tortilla. roll up and serve.
