Country Fried Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme, crushed
  • 6 small whole onions
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced
  • oil for browning meat

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, brown chops and mushrooms in oil.
  • 2 pour off fat, then stir in soup, water, and thyme.
  • 3 add onions and carrots.
  • 4 cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, or until lamb is tender.
