Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium onion, shopped
- 1 cup rice
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in 1.5 quart casserole dish.
- 2 mix in all other ingredients.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 4 i usually stir it after 20 or 30 minutes to mix up the onions and mushrooms, but it's not required.
