Gran's Mushrooms In Sour Cream

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion in butter until transparent, add mushrooms, cook until lightly brown.
  • 2 add sour cream and seasonings.
  • 3 (if too thin, add 1 tbsp flour) cover and cook over low heat until heated through.
