Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups chinese noodles
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup cashew pieces, unsalted (if salted, rinse well)
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 place 1/2 of the noodles in buttered casserole.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles.
- 3 cover with remaining noodles.
- 4 bake about 1 hour.
