Grandma's Salmon Soufflé

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked salmon, chopped (leftovers are great for this)
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 grease a casserole dish.
  • 3 in one bowl, beat together salmon, egg yolks, soup, salt and pepper.
  • 4 in another bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff.
  • 5 fold the two mixtures together with a spatula, then pour into casserole dish.
  • 6 bake for 1 hour.
