Grandma's Salmon Soufflé

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups cooked salmon, chopped (leftovers are great for this)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 grease a casserole dish.
- 3 in one bowl, beat together salmon, egg yolks, soup, salt and pepper.
- 4 in another bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff.
- 5 fold the two mixtures together with a spatula, then pour into casserole dish.
- 6 bake for 1 hour.
