Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 4 portabella mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces crumbled feta with herbs
- 1/4 cup chopped olive
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Recipe
- 1 remove and discard mushroom stems. place mushrooms stem side up on cookie sheet and brush with oil.
- 2 in small bowl, stir together cheese, olives and tomatoes. divide filling among the mushrooms.
- 3 bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
