Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 portabella mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta with herbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped olive
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 remove and discard mushroom stems. place mushrooms stem side up on cookie sheet and brush with oil.
  • 2 in small bowl, stir together cheese, olives and tomatoes. divide filling among the mushrooms.
  • 3 bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
