- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 brown and drain beef, onions and mushrooms in skillet.
- 2 add soup and simmer 15 minutes.
- 3 season as desired.
- 4 pour in sour cream.
- 5 reheat before serving over egg noodles.
