Crock-pot Swiss Chicken

Total Time: 6 hrs Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 lightly spray crock-pot with cooking spray.
  • 2 place chicken breasts in bottom of crock-pot.
  • 3 top with cheese.
  • 4 combine soup and milk, stirring well.
  • 5 spoon soup mixture over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix.
  • 6 drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.
  • 7 cook on high 4 to 6 hours.
