Crock-pot Swiss Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 lightly spray crock-pot with cooking spray.
- 2 place chicken breasts in bottom of crock-pot.
- 3 top with cheese.
- 4 combine soup and milk, stirring well.
- 5 spoon soup mixture over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix.
- 6 drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.
- 7 cook on high 4 to 6 hours.
