Chinese Dinner (crock Pot)

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb strips in small amount of oil. remove excess fat.
  • 2 place lamb and all other ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • 3 serve with hot rice.
