Crock Pot Sweet & Sour Brisket

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs trimmed beef brisket
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, and the liquid
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients, except the corn starch into a crock pot and cook for 12 hours on low.
- 2 when finished, remove the brisket, shred, and return to the crock pot.
- 3 mix the corn starch with a tablespoon of water and add to the stew, mix well.
