Grammie Bea's Salmon Supper

Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon, drained, and cleaned
- 2 cups peas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups biscuit mix (i use bisquick)
- 2/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 biscuits:.
- 2 mix biscuit mix and milk, and mix well. set aside.
- 3 meanwhile:.
- 4 heat oven to 450.
- 5 saute onion and pepper in oil, until onion is golden.
- 6 blend in salt and flour.
- 7 gradually stir in soup and milk. bring to a boil. boil 1 minute.
- 8 add flaked salmon, peas, and lemon juice.
- 9 pour into an oblong baking dish.
- 10 top with biscuit dough.
- 11 bake at 450 for 12-14 minutes.
