Grammie Bea's Salmon Supper

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon, drained, and cleaned
  • 2 cups peas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups biscuit mix (i use bisquick)
  • 2/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 biscuits:.
  • 2 mix biscuit mix and milk, and mix well. set aside.
  • 3 meanwhile:.
  • 4 heat oven to 450.
  • 5 saute onion and pepper in oil, until onion is golden.
  • 6 blend in salt and flour.
  • 7 gradually stir in soup and milk. bring to a boil. boil 1 minute.
  • 8 add flaked salmon, peas, and lemon juice.
  • 9 pour into an oblong baking dish.
  • 10 top with biscuit dough.
  • 11 bake at 450 for 12-14 minutes.
