Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 8 ounces pea pods
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounces edamame
- 1 cup of sliced celery
- 4 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 head garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 cook rice.
- 2 scrambled eggs.
- 3 slice and chop vegtables and saute with olive oil and garlic.
- 4 add rice, soy sauce and sesasme oil and heat through.
- 5 gentlly fold in eggs and serve.
