Fried Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 8 ounces pea pods
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 8 ounces edamame
  • 1 cup of sliced celery
  • 4 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice.
  • 2 scrambled eggs.
  • 3 slice and chop vegtables and saute with olive oil and garlic.
  • 4 add rice, soy sauce and sesasme oil and heat through.
  • 5 gentlly fold in eggs and serve.
