- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom (with liquid)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 3 -4 tablespoons soya sauce
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish.
- 2 bake at 350f for 45-60 minutes.
