Autumn Chicken For The Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole mushrooms, halved
- 6 boneless whole chicken breasts, halved
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
- 3/4 cup wine
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- paprika (to garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spread whole artichokes over bottom of crock pot.
- 2 add half of mushrooms.
- 3 layer chicken over mushrooms.
- 4 top chicken with marinated artichoke hearts and their liquid.
- 5 add remaining mushrooms.
- 6 pour wine and vinaigrette over all ingredients.
- 7 cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- 8 garnish with paprika, if desired.
