Cp Cashew Chicken

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter margarine
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed and undiluted
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 1/2 cups cashews
  • hot cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the crock pot/slow cooker.
  • 2 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours or until done. serve over rice.
