Ingredients

- 3 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons butter margarine
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed and undiluted
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 1/2 cups cashews
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the crock pot/slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours or until done. serve over rice.
