Grandma Rita's Turkey Fettuccine

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cooked diced turkey
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook fettucini as directed- drain.
  • 2 saute mushrooms in butter.
  • 3 stir in flour.
  • 4 add chicken broth stir until thickened.
  • 5 add half/half, cheese, and seasonings- stirring constantly.
  • 6 add meat and fettucini, olives and mushrooms- tossing to coat well.
  • 7 place in 9x13 buttered casserole and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
