Grandma Rita's Turkey Fettuccine

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (8 ounce) package fettuccine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked diced turkey
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook fettucini as directed- drain.
- 2 saute mushrooms in butter.
- 3 stir in flour.
- 4 add chicken broth stir until thickened.
- 5 add half/half, cheese, and seasonings- stirring constantly.
- 6 add meat and fettucini, olives and mushrooms- tossing to coat well.
- 7 place in 9x13 buttered casserole and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
