Ingredients

• 1 lb fresh mushrooms
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk

Recipe

• 1 wash, dry and slice mushrooms.
• 2 cook in butter till tender.
• 3 add salt, pepper and flour; mix thoroughly.
• 4 add milk gradually and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
