Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 wash, dry and slice mushrooms.
- 2 cook in butter till tender.
- 3 add salt, pepper and flour; mix thoroughly.
- 4 add milk gradually and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
