Recipe
- 1 using a cheese slicer, slice the fennel very thin.
- 2 next, slice the mushrooms.
- 3 this is so simple, layer the fennel, drizzle with olive oil (flavored olive oil is great too), then salt& pepper.
- 4 layer the mushrooms, drizzle the oil, salt& pepper.
- 5 keep layering until you finish.
