- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 whisk olive oil, garlic, tarragon and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
- 2 add the mushrooms and fennel bulb and toss to combine.
- 3 serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
