Fennel And Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 whisk olive oil, garlic, tarragon and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  • 2 add the mushrooms and fennel bulb and toss to combine.
  • 3 serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
