Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix eggs with oregano and pepper
- 2 in pan saute mushrooms in butter
- 3 take out mushrooms.
- 4 pour eggs in butter
- 5 add back mushrooms
- 6 add olives spinach and cheese
- 7 cook until done
- 8 fold over plate
- 9 garnish with tomatoes and green onion.
