Dees Greek Omelet

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • tomato, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix eggs with oregano and pepper
  • 2 in pan saute mushrooms in butter
  • 3 take out mushrooms.
  • 4 pour eggs in butter
  • 5 add back mushrooms
  • 6 add olives spinach and cheese
  • 7 cook until done
  • 8 fold over plate
  • 9 garnish with tomatoes and green onion.
