Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless round steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, mustard, and salt.
- 2 coat beef with flour mix.
- 3 brown in hot oil over medium heat.
- 4 place beef in crock pot.
- 5 top with onions and peppers.
- 6 add garlic and tomatoes (undrained).
- 7 cover and cook on low 6 hours.
- 8 add mushrooms and cook for another 2 or 3 hours.
