Crab And Mushroom Quiche

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mushroom, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • nutmeg
  • 9 inches pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 mix eggs, milk and cheese.
  • 2 add chopped mushrooms and drained crab meat.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper to your taste
  • 4 pour into a 9" pie shell.
  • 5 sprinkle top with nutmeg.
  • 6 place pie ring (or use aluminum foil ring) over crust.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees (f) for 40 minutes.
  • 8 remove pie ring and bake 5 - 10 minutes longer until lightly browned.
