Crab And Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- nutmeg
- 9 inches pie shells
Recipe
- 1 mix eggs, milk and cheese.
- 2 add chopped mushrooms and drained crab meat.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to your taste
- 4 pour into a 9" pie shell.
- 5 sprinkle top with nutmeg.
- 6 place pie ring (or use aluminum foil ring) over crust.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees (f) for 40 minutes.
- 8 remove pie ring and bake 5 - 10 minutes longer until lightly browned.
