Chicken Parisien

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar twin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in pam-sprayed shallow baking dish.
  • 2 add onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
  • 3 combine the sauce ingredients in a shallow saucepan.
