Garlicky Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb portabella mushroom
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
Recipe
- 1 cut off the mushroom stems even with the caps, discard stems.
- 2 rinse mushroom caps.
- 3 gently pat dry with paper towels.
- 4 in a small bowl stir together butter, garlic salt and pepper.
- 5 brush over mushrooms.
- 6 place on preheated gas grill.
- 7 reduce heat to medium.
- 8 place mushrooms on grill rack over heat.
- 9 cover for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender, turning once halfway through grilling.
- 10 sprinkle mushrooms with chives.
