Garlicky Mushrooms

Total Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb portabella mushroom
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped

Recipe

  • 1 cut off the mushroom stems even with the caps, discard stems.
  • 2 rinse mushroom caps.
  • 3 gently pat dry with paper towels.
  • 4 in a small bowl stir together butter, garlic salt and pepper.
  • 5 brush over mushrooms.
  • 6 place on preheated gas grill.
  • 7 reduce heat to medium.
  • 8 place mushrooms on grill rack over heat.
  • 9 cover for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender, turning once halfway through grilling.
  • 10 sprinkle mushrooms with chives.
