Crock Pot Cantonese Dinner

Total Time: 6 hrs 12 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in oil; place in crock pot.
  • 2 mix remaining ingredients and add to lamb.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • 4 serve over rice.
