Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb steak, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in oil; place in crock pot.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients and add to lamb.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- 4 serve over rice.
