Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 18 ounces chicken pieces, cooked
- 1 -8 ounce plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 ounces light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Recipe
- 1 spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2 saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.
- 3 add cooked chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or till warm.
- 4 in a small bowl mix yogurt, sour cream, flour, paprika and salt.
- 5 stir in yogurt mixture and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.
- 6 serve over hot noodles.
