Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, chunk or 1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs round steaks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cut beef in strips or cubes.
- 2 coat with salt and pepper.
- 3 place in bottom of crock pot.
- 4 mix garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon and ketchup.
- 5 pour over meat.
- 6 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- 7 turn up to high.
- 8 add mushrooms.
- 9 dissolve flour in small amount of water. add to meat mixture. stir to blend.
- 10 cook on high for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 11 stir in sour cream.
- 12 turn off heat.
- 13 serve with rice or noodles.
