Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, chunk or 1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs round steaks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef in strips or cubes.
  • 2 coat with salt and pepper.
  • 3 place in bottom of crock pot.
  • 4 mix garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon and ketchup.
  • 5 pour over meat.
  • 6 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  • 7 turn up to high.
  • 8 add mushrooms.
  • 9 dissolve flour in small amount of water. add to meat mixture. stir to blend.
  • 10 cook on high for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • 11 stir in sour cream.
  • 12 turn off heat.
  • 13 serve with rice or noodles.
