Karen's Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cups mafalda noodles (mini lasagna noodles)
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (26 ounce) can pasta sauce
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onion in 4 quart dutch oven over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
- 3 heat til boiling, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- 4 sprinkle with cheese and serve.
