Ham & Swiss Cheese Linguine

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces uncooked linguine, broken in half
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 cook linguine according to package directions and drain.
  • 2 in a bowl combine the ham, soup, 2 cups cheese, sour cream, onion, green pepper and butter.
  • 3 add the pasta to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • 4 transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  • 5 cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  • 6 uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 7 bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
