Ham & Swiss Cheese Linguine

Ingredients

- 8 ounces uncooked linguine, broken in half
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 cook linguine according to package directions and drain.
- 2 in a bowl combine the ham, soup, 2 cups cheese, sour cream, onion, green pepper and butter.
- 3 add the pasta to the bowl and toss to coat.
- 4 transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
- 5 cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- 6 uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 7 bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
