- 3 lbs stewing beef, cut into 1 1/2 in. cubes
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients into crockpot. cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours. if desired, thicken gravy.
