Four Chanterelles

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon salted butter

Recipe

  • 1 gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
  • 2 cut off the very very end of the stems and slice the mushrooms lengthwise.
  • 3 in a small skillet, melt the butter on medium low heat.
  • 4 add the chanterelles and saute for 2 minutes and 10 seconds then remove from heat.
  • 5 taste and enjoy the flavor!
