Ingredients
- 4 fresh chanterelle mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salted butter
Recipe
- 1 gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
- 2 cut off the very very end of the stems and slice the mushrooms lengthwise.
- 3 in a small skillet, melt the butter on medium low heat.
- 4 add the chanterelles and saute for 2 minutes and 10 seconds then remove from heat.
- 5 taste and enjoy the flavor!
